Five is the perfect number. This allows development of the theme without sensory overload. We will start with one ounce pours to go through the five wines. That is equivalent to one glass. Then guests can circle back to enjoy larger pours of their favorites.
Enough for each guest to have a maximum of three glasses of a five ounce serving. A bottle holds five glasses of wine. For a 12 person tasting that would be eight bottles.
