About Us

While working as a trial attorney Bruce developed a passion for food and wine and their pairing.  Through extensive study and practice he is certified both as a wine specialist and pastry chef, completing both programs at UCLA Extension.   He is a Certified Sommelier with  the Court of Master Sommeliers.   His years of study and practical experience combine to ensure that your event will be a smashing success.

Alejandro "Alex"  is a resident of Veracruz, Mexico and a lifelong lover of wine.  He serves as liaison to Latin and South America's grape growers, wine makers and wineries, as SommDolce positions itself as the leading authority on quality  Mexican and South American wines in the United States. His thorough knowledge of the geography, climate and terroir of Mexico and South America's wine regions, ensures SommDolce offers only the the finest quality wines at its events.
