While working as a trial attorney Bruce developed a passion for food and wine and their pairing. Through extensive study and practice he is certified both as a wine specialist and pastry chef, completing both programs at UCLA Extension. He has successfully completed the Court of Master Sommeliers level one review and exam. His book "The Complete Guide to Mexican Wine" is set for publication in early 2019. His years of study and practical experience combine to ensure that your event will be a smashing success.
Alejandro "Alex" is a resident of Veracruz, Mexico and a lifelong lover and aficionado of wine. He serves as liason to Latin and South America's grape growers, wine makers and wineries, as SommDolce positions itself as the leading authority on quality Mexican and South American wines in the United States. His thorough knowledge of the geography, climate and terroir of Mexico and South Americas great wine regions, ensures SommDolce offers only the finest quality wines at its events.
